About Dog Stories

Dog Stories is a collection of original short stories about dogs — their loyalty, curiosity, courage, and the quiet ways they change the lives of the people around them.

What You'll Find Here

Every story on this site is written to be read in a few minutes — on a lunch break, before bed, or whenever you need something warm and genuine. Our stories cover a range of moods and situations: funny moments, emotional reunions, everyday adventures, and the small, perfect details of life with a dog.

We organise stories into categories so you can find exactly what you're in the mood for — whether that's a lighthearted puppy story, a hero tale, a rescue, or something that might make you reach for a tissue.

Our Categories

• Adventure — Dogs who go where they shouldn't and come back victorious.
• Funny — Chaotic, charming, and completely believable.
• Emotional — Stories about loyalty, loss, and love.
• Hero — Dogs who step up when it matters.
• Rescue — Second chances, long journeys, and finding home.
• Family — Dogs and the families they hold together.
• Friendship — Unexpected bonds between dogs and people.
• Puppy — Small dogs, enormous personalities, and everything new.
